VINCI human rights Guide and its appendix: This reference document is available on the internet and intranet in over 20 languages. Its appendix is available in 5 languages on the intranet.
VINCI e-learning on human rights: available in 6 languages for all employees.
Duty of vigilance plan: Each year, VINCI publishes a Compliance Plan setting out its health and safety, human rights and environmental risk prevention measures.
Country risk mapping (available on request at contact.droitshumains@vinci.com): to identify and prioritise issues where the regulatory, political, economic, social and environmental context in a given country presents specific risks.

Building Responsibly brings together companies in the engineering and construction sector to develop common standards, improve practices and share tools on human rights.
Leadership Group for Responsible Recruitment brings together companies and specialist organisations to promote responsible recruitment practices and combat forced labour in global supply chains. VINCI is a signatory to the Employer Pays Principle which aims to ensure that no worker pays for a job.
Global Compact to which VINCI has been a signatory since 2003, thereby committing to promote respect for human rights in its sphere of influence.
Global Deal promotes social dialogue by bringing together companies, governments, trade unions, professional associations and non-governmental organisations.
Entreprises pour les droits de l’Homme brings together major French companies to improve the integration of human rights into corporate policies and practices.
Business for Inclusive Growth (B4IG) under the auspices of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), brings together multinational companies to promote inclusive growth, including through the promotion of human rights, the creation of more inclusive workplaces and impact measurement.
External monitoring and resources
International Labour Office Helpdesk, ILO Helpdesk: Business assistance on International Labour Standards (ilo.org): This site is a free and confidential helpdesk for companies that want to align their business operations with international labour standards.
International Finance Corporation Performance Standards (ifc.org): The IFC has developed environmental and social performance standards that apply to the projects it finances. They are the most widely cited and internationally recognised standard for environmental and social performance, particularly when companies operate as general contractors on large projects or concessions.
Business & Human Rights Resource Centre: This site is an independent monitoring, research and publication centre on the human rights impacts of business.
Fair Wage Network: The living wage is an integral part of the concept of decent work. The Fair Wage Network has developed internationally recognised expertise on this subject and a database to which VINCI has access. Studies specific to your operations are available on request from VINCI's human rights team.

Our customers, partners or suppliers may themselves belong to sectors that have organised and structured themselves to address human rights issues in their operations and value chains and are bound by commitments in this area:
IPIECA, the global oil and gas industry association. It represents more than half of the world's production and includes companies such as Total, Shell, BP, Chevron.
International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) - ICMM brings together mining and metals companies and commodity trading associations, including Glencore, Rio Tinto and AngloAmerican.
Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Responsible Business Alliance formerly the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition brings together over 400 companies from the electronics and retail sectors, including Schneider Electric, Samsung, Huawei, STMicroelectronics, BMW.
International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA) - International Code of Conduct Association brings together private security service providers bound by an international code of conduct, such as Amarante International, GardaWorld, etc.
