Personal data

When you use the site, you may be required to transfer personal data to VINCI. VINCI processes this data in order to assess whether your project or company respects human rights. This data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller in providing this evaluation service.

The personal data processed are your name, first name, professional e-mail address and function. These data are kept for the duration of the validity of the assessment you have made.

You have the right to access and rectify the information concerning you, as well as the right to object, to limit the processing and to have it deleted, within the framework permitted by the legislation in force.
